Brandy Rayana Norwood is an American R&B singer-songwriter, producer, actress, and dancer. She entered the music business as a backing vocalist for R&B boy bands such as Immature prior to launching her own career in 1994. As a solo artist she has released six studio albums, one compilation album, one EP and twenty-seven singles, including three as a featured artist.
