Rock n Roll opens with Lavigne answering a phone call where the person wants to know the meaning of "Sk8er Boi". The video parodies ideas from the 1995 cult film and comic book Tank Girl and features actress Danica McKellar, Billy Zane and Sid Wilson of the band Slipknot.
